Bugs Are Fun: Playdough Bug Fossils

We love playdough at our house. We do a lot of playdough activities that keep the little ones busy, especially in the summer when we hear over and over how bored they are. Playdough is an easy activity to keep in the house that will entertain for quite a while. All you need to do is keep fun items on hand that make it feel like a brand new toy every time you play with it.

Our kids love fossils and science. We have a dinosaur kit to use with our legos, but dinosaurs are not the only fossils in this world. You can create many different activities with playdough when you have the right tools and a little imagination. Spring Break Boredom Busters!

Spring Break started this week, and I have already heard those dreaded words, I’m BORED. Well not this year guys. I have planned to have play-dates every day of the week. Right now my kids are in the backyard with friends. I even checked out a few ideas for how to keep the boredom at bay.
