Summer Meals: Hawaiian BBQ Chicken Wraps

Are you looking for something new for dinner this summer? Summer meals can be fun, but they are sometimes rushed when everyone has something fun they have to rush off to do. This can leave meals boring, or bland. Or is that just at my house? Between swim lessons, soccer camp, Vacation Bible School, and day camp this momma is busy. Well not this week. This week we have found a meal that will taste good, be easy to make, and replicate again, whenever we want.

Lauren at Tastes Better From Scratch has cultivate a delicious, and simple recipe that will wow the entire family, and won’t break the bank or take all day to create. What You Will Need:



  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2/3 cup chopped pineapple, fresh or canned
  • 1/4 of a red onion, chopped
  • 1 romaine heart, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh chopped cilantro
  • 4-5 large wheat or white tortillas
